100% soy and coconut wax.

Where do you ship?

At this time, I only ship in the U.S.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with your confirmation number and update on tracking information. If you have an account, you can log into to check your order status at any time. If not, simply email me at svxocollection@gmail.com

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3pm will ship within 24hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

What is the return/exchange policy?

While I ensure to make sure every candle is perfect, I am human. I take pride in my candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact me at svxocollection@gmail within 5 days of receiving your order. If 5 days have gone by unfortunately, I can’t offer you a return/exchange. You will be responsible for any return and/or exchange shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error will not be accepted for return.
